It not only is easy-to-make recipe but also is very filling. Add chopped strawberries, mangoes, apples, pomegranate any fruit of your choice that is easily available. Now add yogurt and nuts. Add roasted pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and melon seeds. Top it up with some orange juice. Mix it well. VOILA! Your yummy meal is ready. This meal act as a really delicious dessert.
- MINI PEPPER PIZZA: Satisfy your crunchy cravings with a healthy plus yummy alternative for pizza. In a baking tray , put half cut bell peppers. Drizzle some olive oil on it. In a bowl take tomato ketchup, add salt , black pepper, and some oregano seasoning. Mix it well. Add this dressing on to half cut bell peppers. Now add boiled corns and vegetables of your choices.
